ABOUT THE ARTIST

Hello, my name is Grimm. I am the sole painter for Scythe Gallery. I work with Acrylic Paint, Spray Paint, and Oil Pastels. I am a self taught artist. Painting found me as an adult. In my childhood I sketched and cartooned a lot. Painting is very healing for me. The subject matters in my work are: masculinity, death, technology, and mental health. My inspirations are comic books, anime, cartoons, and the city of Seattle. Seattle has been home since 2020.
